1. Digital Products
As our LUTs are digital products that are delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds once a download link has been provided. We encourage you to use the preview feature on our website to evaluate each LUT before purchasing.
2. Preview Before Purchase
Each LUT on our website includes an interactive before/after comparison tool. We strongly recommend using this feature to ensure the LUT meets your expectations before completing your purchase.
3. Exceptions
We may offer a refund in the following situations:
- Technical Issues: If the LUT file is corrupted or non-functional, and we are unable to provide a working replacement within a reasonable time
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Wrong Product: If you received a different product than what was advertised
4. Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incompatibility with specific software (our LUTs use standard .cube format)
- Dissatisfaction with the look or style (use preview before purchasing)
- Failure to download within the provided timeframe
- Lack of knowledge on how to use LUTs
5. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact us at cinemadio.official@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase with:
- Your order ID or email used for purchase
- Description of the issue
- Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
7. Free Downloads
Free LUT downloads are provided at no cost and are not eligible for any form of refund or compensation. Download links have an expiry period and cannot be recovered once expired.
8. Bundles
Bundle purchases are treated as a single product. Partial refunds for individual LUTs within a bundle are not available.
