1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Cinemadio's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. License Grant

When you purchase or download LUTs from Cinemadio, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the LUTs in your personal and commercial video/photo projects
• Apply the LUTs to unlimited projects
• Use the LUTs in client work

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the LUT files themselves
• Include LUT files in any product or template for sale
• Claim ownership of the LUT presets
• Modify and redistribute the LUTs as new products

3. Free Downloads

Free LUT downloads are limited to 1 per email address per day. Free LUTs include the same license terms as purchased LUTs. Download links expire after the specified period and cannot be recovered once expired.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed through secure third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information. Orders require a minimum of 3 paid LUTs to proceed with checkout.

5. Digital Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive download links via email. These links remain active for re-downloading your purchased LUTs. We are not responsible for failed downloads due to your internet connection or browser issues.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered. Please use our preview feature to evaluate LUTs before purchasing. Exceptions may be made for technical issues — see our Refund Policy for details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Cinemadio, including but not limited to LUT presets, images, text, logos, and design elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that LUTs will produce specific results on all footage types or in all software environments.

9. Limitation of Liability

Cinemadio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
